Rebuilding A Derelict Barn Planning Permission With Caveats
Nicky Percival Interior Designer is currently working on an interesting and challenging project: the conversion/rebuild of a derelict old barn. But the planning permission has caveats. It was only granted because a building already existed, the client cannot demolish and rebuild from scratch. The only option is to remove and rebuild the old barn in sections.
